Ingredients
  

  • 227 g cream cheese softened
  • 96 g instant cheesecake pudding mix 1 package
  • 240 ml cold milk
  • 227 g whipped topping 1 container
  • 567 g crushed pineapple 1 can, drained
  • 425 g mandarin oranges 1 can, drained
  • 100 g mini marshmallows optional
  • 100 g sweetened shredded coconut
  • 150 g diced fresh strawberries optional

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Pour in the instant cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk. Beat until thick and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Carefully fold in the drained pineapple, mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and strawberries.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Chilling the salad allows the flavors to meld beautifully; feel free to add or substitute any of your favorite fruits!
