Ingredients
  

  • 480 g plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 80 ml honey or maple syrup Use honey for a richer flavor or maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • 5 ml pure vanilla extract
  • 1 g fine sea salt
  • 150 g fresh strawberries or blueberries Choose your favorite fruit for a different flavor.
  • 15 ml lemon juice

  • High-Speed Blender or Food Processor

Method
 

  1. Place the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt into a high-speed blender or food processor. Pulse until the mixture is completely smooth and slightly aerated.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mash or blend the chosen fruit with lemon juice until it reaches a chunky puree consistency.
  3. Spoon a layer of the yogurt base into the bottom of each of the 6 popsicle molds.
  4. Drop a spoonful of fruit puree into the center of each mold and use a toothpick or skewer to swirl it gently to create a marbling effect.
  5. Insert the popsicle sticks firmly into the center of the molds.
  6. Place the molds on a flat metal baking sheet in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight until solid.
