Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets skin removed, cut into 1-2 inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Optional: chili flakes scallions, sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Toss salmon cubes with half the glaze and marinate 10-15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add salmon bites and cook 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  5. Pour remaining glaze over salmon, toss gently to coat.
  6. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh, evenly cut salmon for best results. Avoid overcrowding the pan and add glaze at the end to prevent burning.
