  • 1 tablespoon Unflavored gelatin High-quality or grass-fed preferred for best results.
  • 1 teaspoon Raw honey Optional; adds flavor and antioxidants. Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice Optional; for taste and vitamin C. Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 0.5 tsp Flavoring extract Such as mint, ginger, or fruit extract, to taste. Add before chilling.

Method
 

  1. Warm ½ cup of water to about 120°F, ensuring it is hot but not boiling.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over the warm water and stir continuously for 5 seconds until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in honey or lemon juice (or both) to your desired taste.
  4. Serve immediately for a soothing, warm beverage, or refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set to enjoy as a chilled snack.
  5. Optionally, add flavor variations such as mint, berries, or ginger before chilling.
