Ingredients
  

  • 450 g Ground chicken A lean option that doesn’t sacrifice flavor.
  • 50 g Grated Parmesan cheese The secret for adding rich, savory flavor.
  • 60 g Breadcrumbs Preferably seasoned breadcrumbs for extra flavor.
  • 2 cloves Fresh garlic, minced Fresh provides a punchy aromatic flavor.
  • 1 large Egg At room temperature for better incorporation.
  • 60 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Pepper
  • 240 ml Marinara sauce For topping the meatloaves.
  • 120 g Shredded mozzarella cheese For topping.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, milk, parsley, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
  3. Form the mixture into small loaves and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Spoon marinara sauce over each meatloaf and top with shredded mozzarella. Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Allow the meatloaves to cool slightly, garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

These meatloaves are great served with a side salad or your favorite vegetables. You can also freeze leftovers for quick meals later.
