- Prepare an 8×8-inch pan by lining it with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy removal.

- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and cotton candy flavoring until combined.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls; color one with blue food coloring and the other with pink.
- Spoon alternating scoops of both mixtures into the pan to create a patchwork effect.
- Use a toothpick to gently swirl the colors together for a marbled look.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until firm.
- Remove from the pan, cut into bite-sized squares, and serve.
