- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, strawberry preserves, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Freeze the filling for 40–45 minutes until firm.
- Pulse Golden Oreos into fine crumbs.
- Mix crumbs with cream cheese until a dough forms.
- Flatten dough portions and add a teaspoon of filling in the center.
- Seal and roll into balls.
- Freeze balls for 15–20 minutes.
- Melt pink chocolate until smooth.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate.
- Drizzle with white chocolate and top with Oreo and strawberry crumbs.
- Let set at room temperature before serving.
Notes
