Method
- Wash, hull, and roughly chop the strawberries.
- Add cottage cheese, strawberries, and sweetener to a blender or food processor.
- Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth, fluffy, and creamy.
- Scrape down the sides and blend again if needed.
- Spoon the mousse into serving bowls or glasses.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes for a firmer texture, or serve immediately.
- Add toppings just before serving.
Notes
For a thicker mousse, chill longer or add a few ice cubes while blending. Sweetener can be adjusted based on strawberry ripeness.
