Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese low-fat or full-fat
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • Optional toppings: granola chopped nuts, extra honey drizzle

Method
 

  1. Wash, hull, and roughly chop the strawberries.
  2. Add cottage cheese, strawberries, and sweetener to a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth, fluffy, and creamy.
  4. Scrape down the sides and blend again if needed.
  5. Spoon the mousse into serving bowls or glasses.
  6. Chill for 20–30 minutes for a firmer texture, or serve immediately.
  7. Add toppings just before serving.

Notes

For a thicker mousse, chill longer or add a few ice cubes while blending. Sweetener can be adjusted based on strawberry ripeness.
