Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 3 –4 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 3 –4 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 –2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Optional: 1–2 cups mini marshmallows
  • Optional: ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: crushed graham crackers

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in Cool Whip until fully combined and fluffy.
  3. Wash and slice strawberries.
  4. Slice bananas and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  5. Fold strawberries into the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Cover and chill for 1–2 hours.
  7. Before serving, fold in bananas and optional marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  8. Top with crushed graham crackers and serve chilled.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture. Add bananas just before serving to prevent browning. Chill well before serving for maximum flavor and consistency.
