Method
- Prepare and bake the brownies according to the package instructions in an 8x8-inch pan.
- Allow brownies to cool completely, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Add a few drops of green food coloring and stir until evenly colored.
- Crush the Mint Oreos into coarse crumbs.
- In a clear trifle bowl, layer half of the brownies, half of the green pudding, and half of the Cool Whip.
- Repeat the layers with remaining brownies and pudding.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and crushed Mint Oreos.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving.
Notes
Let brownies cool fully before layering to avoid soggy texture. For a natural green color, use pistachio pudding instead of food coloring.
