Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chopped spinach fresh or frozen, fully drained
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts canned in water
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain spinach and artichoke hearts thoroughly to remove all excess moisture.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  4. Fold in spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
  5. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Broil 1–2 minutes for a golden top if desired.

Notes

Drain spinach thoroughly for the best creamy texture. Freshly grated cheese melts smoother and enhances flavor.
