Ingredients
  

  • 9 lasagna noodles cooked
  • 1 cup shrimp chopped, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles until al dente, drain, and lay flat to cool.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy, then season lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  7. Spread the filling evenly over each noodle and roll tightly.
  8. Place roll ups seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  9. Pour the Alfredo sauce evenly over the rolls.
  10. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  11. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  12. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
