- In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the filling evenly over each noodle and roll tightly.
- Place roll ups seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the Alfredo sauce evenly over the rolls.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
