Method
- In a bowl, combine sliced pork with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Cook noodles in boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Heat oil in a large wok or pan over high heat. Stir-fry marinated pork for 3β4 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add cabbage, mushrooms, and green onions. Stir-fry for 4β5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return pork to the pan, add cooked noodles, and toss everything together for 2β3 minutes until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
Notes
For best results, use high heat and avoid overcooking the noodles to maintain their chewy texture.
