  • 480 ml half and half I prefer Land O'Lakes for a richer custard
  • 375 g peaches peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch thick wedges

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 30 g flour I always use King Arthur all-purpose flour
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 28 g butter chilled and cut into small pea-sized pieces
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • to taste powdered sugar
