Method
- Break your pretzel sticks into bite-sized pieces and drop them into a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, stir together creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the pretzels and gently fold to coat.
- Scoop handfuls into clusters and set on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle or dip the clusters.
- Place clusters in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set.
- Transfer to an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to one week.
