Ingredients
  

  • 240 g Pretzel sticks broken into bite-sized pieces
  • 250 g Creamy peanut butter or almond/sunflower seed butter
  • 60 g Powdered sugar
  • 170 g Chocolate chips for drizzling or dipping

Method
 

  1. Break your pretzel sticks into bite-sized pieces and drop them into a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the pretzels and gently fold to coat.
  4. Scoop handfuls into clusters and set on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle or dip the clusters.
  6. Place clusters in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set.
  7. Transfer to an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to one week.
