Method
- Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Stir in the cherry pie filling.
- Fold in most of the graham cracker crumbs.
- Transfer to serving bowls.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Top with reserved cherry filling and graham crumbs before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, chill overnight. Add topping just before serving to keep the crunch.
