  • 227 g cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 227 g whipped topping
  • 240 ml cherry pie filling
  • 50 g graham cracker crumbs reserve some for topping

Method
 

  1. Start by softening the cream cheese at room temperature.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  4. Stir in the cherry pie filling into the fluffy mixture, mixing well but not overmixing.
  5. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs, reserving a little for topping.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or individual cups. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Before serving, top with the remaining cherry pie filling and sprinkle the reserved graham cracker crumbs over the top.
