- Boil salted water and cook linguine according to package instructions.

- In a bowl, whisk cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Add slurry to the skillet and stir until sauce thickens.
- Toss cooked linguine with the beef mixture until fully coated.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
Use low-sodium soy sauce to control salt levels. Substitute ground turkey for a leaner option. Slightly undercook noodles if planning to reheat later.
