Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend 30–45 seconds until fully emulsified.
- For the whisking method, whisk all ingredients except the olive oil, then drizzle oil slowly while whisking continuously.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and garlic to mellow.
- Shake or whisk before serving as natural separation may occur.
