  • 20 tbsp cottage cheese small curd for crispier chips
  • 1 pinch garlic powder Adds a savory flavor to the chips.
  • 1 pinch onion powder Complements the garlic powder for a classic chip taste.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until evenly combined.
  3. Drop small spoonfuls (about half a teaspoon each) of the cottage cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each into a thin disc. Leave some space between each chip.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy. Baking time may vary depending on your oven and chip thickness.
  5. Once baked, remove from the oven and let the chips cool completely on a wire rack. They will crisp up further as they cool. Serve and enjoy!
