- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Drop small spoonfuls (about half a teaspoon each) of the cottage cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each into a thin disc. Leave some space between each chip.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy. Baking time may vary depending on your oven and chip thickness.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let the chips cool completely on a wire rack. They will crisp up further as they cool. Serve and enjoy!
