Method
- Chill the glass: Place a tall glass in the freezer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add ice cream: Scoop 3 small scoops of vanilla ice cream into the chilled glass.
- Pour liqueur: Slowly pour 50ml Irish cream liqueur over the ice cream to create marbled streams.
- Add fizz: Gently pour 50ml chilled ginger ale over the top.
- Top and garnish: Crown with whipped cream, a cherry, and crushed candy for a festive finish.
- Serve immediately: Provide a straw and spoon for best enjoyment.
