- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Lil Smokies and cook 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
- Whisk honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce together in a small bowl.
- Pour sauce over sausages and simmer 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and garnish with red pepper flakes and fresh herbs. Serve warm.
Notes
Allow honey to come to room temperature for easier mixing. Avoid overcooking garlic to prevent bitterness.
