- Sprinkle cheese over the hot beef.
- Fold tortilla in half and cook 1–2 minutes per side until golden and melted.
- Rest 1 minute before slicing and serving.

Add pickles, onions, or burger sauce for authentic smashburger flavor. Use whole wheat or low-carb tortillas for a lighter option.
