Ingredients
Method
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and no longer pink.
- Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning with a splash of water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
- Layer rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, and chipotle sauce onto each tortilla.
- Top generously with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Wrap tortillas tightly into burritos, folding in sides.
- Heat butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Place burritos seam-side down and grill until golden and crispy, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, rest for 1 minute, slice in half, and serve hot.
Notes
Do not overfill the burritos or the cheese may leak while grilling. Always use medium heat to prevent burning the cheese exterior.
