Ingredients
  

  • 24 Medjool dates pitted
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 8 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Sea salt
  • 2 oz white chocolate
  • Extra pistachios for topping

Method
 

  1. Mix almond butter, chopped pistachios, and cardamom.
  2. Slice dates open and remove pits.
  3. Stuff each date with filling.
  4. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil.
  5. Dip each date into chocolate and place on lined tray.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt and pistachios.
  7. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over dates.
  8. Chill until set.
  9. Serve at room temperature.
