Method
 

  1. Prepare the Green Beans: Rinse, dry, and trim the ends. Pat dry thoroughly to ensure proper sautéing.
  2. Blanch the Beans: In a large pan, add 1 inch of water and bring to a boil. Blanch beans for 5 minutes until tender-crisp, then drain immediately.
  3. Create the Garlic Butter Base: Melt butter in the same pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  4. Sauté the Beans: Add blanched beans back to the pan. Season with salt and pepper, and toss for 2-3 minutes until beans develop light golden edges.
