  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal Any puffed cereal can be used.

  • 1 cup candy-coated eggs Chocolate or pastel M&Ms can be used, reserving some for decoration.
  • 1 cup sprinkles Colorful shredded coconut can be a fun twist for added texture and flavor.

Method
 

  1. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
  2. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large pot over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted, about 3–5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and optional food coloring.
  5. Fold in 6 cups of crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
  6. Stir in the majority of candy-coated eggs, reserving some for decoration.
  7. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and press into an even layer.
  8. Cool completely for 30-45 minutes, then slice into squares.
