Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup green olives finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive brine
  • 1-2 oz gin optional
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 fresh lemon optional
  • Fresh chives or parsley for garnish
  • Crackers crostini, or fresh vegetables for serving
  • Extra olive slices for garnish

Method
 

  1. Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Finely chop green olives and set aside a few slices for garnish.
  3. In a bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add chopped olives, olive brine, garlic powder, onion powder, gin (optional), salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning; add lemon juice for brightness if desired.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with olive slices and herbs.
  7. Serve immediately or chill for 1–2 hours to let flavors meld.

Notes

For best texture, ensure cream cheese is fully softened before mixing. Use premium olives for authentic dirty martini flavor. Chill the dip for richer taste development.
