Ingredients
  

  • 480 g Rice Chex Corn Chex, or Crispix cereal
  • 170 g white chocolate chips
  • 28 g unsalted butter or plant-based alternative
  • 120 g strawberry cake mix
  • 5 tsp strawberry extract
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 1 drop pink food coloring optional

Method
 

  1. Melt white chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in strawberry extract and optional pink food coloring until combined.
  3. Add strawberry cake mix and mix until smooth and lump-free.
  4. Pour cereal into a large bowl and drizzle strawberry coating over it.
  5. Gently fold until all cereal pieces are evenly coated.
  6. Spread mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool for 30 minutes.
  7. Add cooled cereal to a Ziploc bag with powdered sugar and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  8. Shake gently until fully coated and serve or store.

Notes

Use freeze-dried strawberries for best crunch and flavor. Always allow mixture to cool completely before adding powdered sugar to avoid stickiness.
