Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment.
- Whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until glossy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then whisk in vanilla.
- Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Spread batter in pan and bake 27–33 minutes until moist crumbs appear on a toothpick.
- Cool brownies completely.
- Heat heavy cream until simmering and pour over chopped chocolate.
- Let sit 2 minutes, then stir into smooth ganache.
- Spread ganache over cooled brownies.
- Top with candy-coated chocolate chips and refrigerate 1–2 hours.
