Method
- Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top. Add Christmas sprinkles and gently press them in.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares using a knife warmed in hot water for clean edges.
Notes
For the best texture, melt the chocolate slowly over low heat and allow the fudge to chill fully before cutting.
