Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Method
 

  1. Wash strawberries thoroughly, pat dry, remove stems, and hollow out the centers carefully.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped.
  4. Pipe the cheesecake mixture into each prepared strawberry, slightly mounding the filling.
  5. Top each filled strawberry with graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Add graham cracker crumbs just before serving to prevent sogginess. Use room temperature cream cheese for the smoothest filling.
