- Wash strawberries thoroughly, pat dry, remove stems, and hollow out the centers carefully.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped.
- Pipe the cheesecake mixture into each prepared strawberry, slightly mounding the filling.
- Top each filled strawberry with graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add graham cracker crumbs just before serving to prevent sogginess. Use room temperature cream cheese for the smoothest filling.
