Ingredients
  

  • 2 64-oz containers apple cider or apple juice
  • 2 liters ginger ale
  • 2/3 cup caramel sauce slightly warmed
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 6 cups ice cubes
  • 2 large red apples thinly sliced
  • 2 large green apples thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries

Method
 

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine apple cider and ginger ale.
  2. Add caramel sauce and pumpkin pie spice, whisking until smooth and fully dissolved.
  3. Gradually add ice cubes to chill the mixture.
  4. Arrange apple slices and cranberries in the punch for garnish and color.
  5. Stir gently and serve immediately in clear glasses to showcase the fruit and golden punch.

Notes

For warm punch, heat the cider base gently in a slow cooker and add caramel and spice. Add fruit just before serving. Prepare base up to 24 hours ahead without ice and fruit.
