Method
- Dip glass rims in caramel sauce, then into brown sugar. Set aside to firm up.
- In a pitcher, combine apple cider, caramel sauce, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Stir until caramel fully dissolves.
- Fill glasses with ice. Pour cider mixture until 3/4 full.
- Top gently with sparkling water or club soda.
- Garnish with thin apple slices and serve immediately.
Notes
Prepare the cider base up to 24 hours ahead. Add sparkling water just before serving for best fizz. For a hot version, heat the cider base gently and skip the sparkling water.
