- Mix base: In large bowl combine chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, 1/2 cup cheddar, and mozzarella. Mix until smooth.
- Prepare dish: Transfer mixture to greased 9×9-inch dish, spreading evenly.
- Top and bake: Sprinkle remaining cheddar on top. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Finish: Cool 3–5 minutes. Garnish with green onions or blue cheese. Serve hot with chips, veggies, or bread.
