Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, and black pepper.
- Arrange snow crab legs in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush seasoning mixture evenly over all sides of the crab legs.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until heated through and fragrant.
- Remove from oven and rest for 1–2 minutes.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and melted butter if desired.
Notes
Avoid overbaking to prevent dry, rubbery crab meat. Thaw frozen crab legs completely before baking for best results.
