Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs snow crab legs thawed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Melted butter optional for dipping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Arrange snow crab legs in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Brush seasoning mixture evenly over all sides of the crab legs.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until heated through and fragrant.
  6. Remove from oven and rest for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and melted butter if desired.

Notes

Avoid overbaking to prevent dry, rubbery crab meat. Thaw frozen crab legs completely before baking for best results.
