Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel brie cheese 8–12 oz
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts walnuts or pecans
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 baguette sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and place brie in a small baking dish or parchment-lined sheet.
  2. Lightly score the top rind in a crosshatch pattern.
  3. Drizzle honey evenly over the brie.
  4. Sprinkle chopped nuts and rosemary on top.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over all.
