Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and place brie in a small baking dish or parchment-lined sheet.
- Lightly score the top rind in a crosshatch pattern.
- Drizzle honey evenly over the brie.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts and rosemary on top.
- Drizzle olive oil over all.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until soft and jiggly. Let rest 2 minutes.
- Serve warm with sliced baguette or desired dippers.
Notes
Toast nuts separately for deeper flavor if desired. Assemble up to 4 hours ahead (unbaked) for convenience.
