Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium chicken leg quarters ~2.5 lb, skin on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat chicken leg quarters dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush all sides with olive oil.
  4. Mix Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Season chicken evenly and rub into skin.
  6. Place 2 leg quarters in air fryer basket, skin side down.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip skin side up.
  8. Cook another 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 170°F (74°C).
  9. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Repeat with remaining quarters.

Always dry chicken thoroughly before cooking to ensure crispiness. Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding and check temperature with a meat thermometer.
