- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat chicken leg quarters dry with paper towels.
- Brush all sides with olive oil.
- Mix Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Season chicken evenly and rub into skin.
- Place 2 leg quarters in air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip skin side up.
- Cook another 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 170°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Repeat with remaining quarters.
Notes
Always dry chicken thoroughly before cooking to ensure crispiness. Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding and check temperature with a meat thermometer.
