  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
  3. Add chicken drumsticks and coat evenly with seasoning blend, massaging into the skin.
  4. Arrange drumsticks in air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
  6. Flip drumsticks and cook another 10-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165-175°F.
  7. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
