Ingredients
  

  • 4 g boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 15 g brown sugar
  • 15 ml soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 5 tsp garlic powder
  • 2.5 tsp salt
  • 2.5 tsp ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. To a medium bowl, add the olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until the seasonings are well blended.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Once the air fryer is ready, add the chicken thighs in a single layer with the flat smooth-side down.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Be sure to flip the chicken halfway through.
  6. Once done, the chicken thighs will be tender and juicy and the edges crispy. Remove from air fryer, let cool, then enjoy with your favorite sides.
