- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Blend until smooth to create a uniform batter.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared baking tray and spread it into a thin, even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing into pieces.
