Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cool whip thawed, for best consistency
  • 1.25 cup Instant cheesecake pudding prepared according to package directions
  • 1.5 cup crushed pineapple well-drained to prevent a watery fluff
  • 1 cup mandarins from can, thoroughly drained
  • 1 cup diced pears fresh or canned, drained
  • 1 cup diced peaches fresh or canned, drained
  • 10 oz fruit mini marshmallows adds sweetness and a chewy texture
  • 1 package Peep Rabbits for decoration and serving

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine cool whip and cheesecake pudding until smooth.
  2. Add crushed pineapple to your cool whip mixture and fold in until well mixed.
  3. Add mandarins, diced pears, and diced peaches and fold them into the mixture.
  4. Finally fold fruit mini marshmallows into the mixture and place the easter fruit fluff in your refrigerator, covered, to set and allow fruit flavors to combine.
  5. Once chilled, remove the easter fruit fluff from the refrigerator and top with peep rabbits for decoration.
  6. Serve cold in cups or bowls with peep rabbits.

Notes

This fruit fluff is perfect for Easter gatherings or any spring celebration. For best results, ensure all canned fruits are thoroughly drained. Feel free to experiment with other fruits like grapes or berries, or different flavored instant puddings for variety.
