Method
 

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and stir until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
  5. Melt the white chocolate or almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Optionally, add food coloring to the melted chocolate.
  6. Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring a thorough coating. Tap off any excess chocolate.
  7. Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle with festive decorations.
  8. Allow the chocolate to harden completely at room temperature or in the fridge before serving.
