- Begin by using a cherry pitter to remove the seeds from your cherries.
- Once the cherries are pitted, place them in a large bowl. Add the garlic cloves, peaches, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, red onion, lime juice, lime zest, and salt. Combine everything thoroughly by mixing well.
- To allow the flavors to meld together, place the bowl of salsa in the refrigerator. Let it chill and macerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
