Ingredients

  • 240 g Greek yogurt the creamy base that adds protein and a tangy flavor.
  • 60 g powdered peanut butter a lighter way to enjoy that nutty goodness; use regular peanut butter if preferred.
  • 120 g creamy peanut butter adds richness and depth; choose natural for a healthier option.
  • 60 ml maple syrup for natural sweetness; substitute with honey for a different flavor.
  • 90 g dark chocolate chips perfect for dunking, bringing a touch of decadence.
  • 15 ml coconut oil helps melt the chocolate smoothly and adds subtle flavor.

Equipment

  • Silicone Molds or Ice Cube Tray
  • Microwave-safe Bowl

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Stir until smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well blended.
  2. Take the mixture and fill silicone molds or an ice cube tray. Pack it down gently to create perfectly formed bites.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil. Heat in short bursts, stirring frequently until the chocolate is smooth and glossy.
  4. Allow the initial bites to freeze for about an hour. This firms them up, making them easy to coat in chocolate without falling apart.
  5. Remove the bites from molds and dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating them completely. Place the chocolate-covered bites back in the freezer for another 30 minutes to let them harden.

Notes

These bites make a great on-the-go snack, and you can customize them by adding your favorite toppings or using different nut butters.
