- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Stir until smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well blended.
- Take the mixture and fill silicone molds or an ice cube tray. Pack it down gently to create perfectly formed bites.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil. Heat in short bursts, stirring frequently until the chocolate is smooth and glossy.
- Allow the initial bites to freeze for about an hour. This firms them up, making them easy to coat in chocolate without falling apart.
- Remove the bites from molds and dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating them completely. Place the chocolate-covered bites back in the freezer for another 30 minutes to let them harden.
