  • 6 large eggs
  • 480 g cottage cheese
  • 90 g fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 120 g shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 60 ml milk
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small pan, sauté the chopped spinach over medium heat until wilted.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Stir in the cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Fold in the sautéed spinach and shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or a 9x9 baking pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
