  • 170 g Dark Chocolate (70-72% cocoa) Ensure to use dairy-free chocolate for vegan options, or your preferred type of chocolate.

Method
 

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Blend together shredded coconut, dragon fruit, maple syrup, and sea salt. If desired, add beet juice for color.
  2. Press the dough into the loaf pan firmly. Shape into balls or bars if desired. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
  3. Use a double boiler to melt dark chocolate, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Remove the chilled dough from the fridge, cut into desired shapes, and dip in melted chocolate. Let excess chocolate drip off.
  5. Let treats sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes or refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes until chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
