  3. In another shallow bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, cornmeal, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Dip each fish stick first into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then dredge thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure a good coating.
  5. Lightly spray or brush the coated fish sticks with olive oil. Arrange them in a single layer in your air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
