  • 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce Adjust the quantity to match your personal spice preference.
  • 1 cup Flour Almond or coconut flour can be substituted for a gluten-free option.
  • 1 cup Cornstarch Essential for achieving an extra crispy coating on the nuggets.
  • 2 each Eggs Ensure eggs are well beaten before creating your dredging station.
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs For a lower-carb alternative, finely ground almonds can be used.

  • Baking Sheet

Method

  1. Cut fish fillets into uniform 2-inch pieces and pat them dry with paper towels.

  3. Setup a coating station with flour and cornstarch in one bowl, beaten eggs in a second, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with spices in a third.

  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Serve these delicious nuggets immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as tartar sauce, sriracha mayo, or a lemon-dill aioli. They're also great for meal prep, just reheat gently in an oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness.
