  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice optional
  •
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure the Brussels sprouts crisp up perfectly.
  2. Prep the Brussels sprouts: Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts, remove any yellow or damaged leaves, and slice them in half.

  6.
  7. Finish and serve: Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice (if using) and garnish with chopped parsley for an added burst of flavor.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, substitute Parmesan with nutritional yeast or a plant-based cheese alternative.
  • You can add panko breadcrumbs to the Parmesan mixture for extra crunch.
  • To make this dish spicier, sprinkle some red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper into the seasoning mix.
